Internships

XPLabs has developed a cooperative relationship with universities that continues to grow. We have brought Extreme Programming directly to universities starting with the first XPLabs Tour in 2001 - a free seminar on XP conducted by an organization that applies XP principles on a daily basis.

XPLabs offers the following in-company internships to students from engineering, computer science, economics and psychology departments.

Technical Internship

Interns work as part of the XPLabs Bees Team coordinated by Francesco Cirillo to develop software, prepare training programs and take part in all team activities.

Economics Internship

Interns work with the XPLabs management to improve company productivity. Specifically, interns will identify, collect and analyze process and economic metrics, produce suitable reports and diagrams, and improve company process using XP and Lean Production principles.
